Project Management

Project Management Consulting

I offer project management consulting to project management professionals and business owners to assist them in conquering the challenges they encounter on projects and in their careers. The purpose of project management consulting is to improve them as leaders. I work with them in improving the following areas:
• Gain control of a project
• Develop improved relationships with clients
• Boost their confidence
• Increase personal impact
• Demonstrate their value by delivering successful results to earn a possible promotion, pay raise, or new business
• And More!
Most of my clients come from the corporate sector with a work experience between five to ten years. They complain about the stress that comes with the job and how they put in long hours at work without getting the results they require. Even though they exhibit certain skills such as tracking the progress of tasks and processes, they lack motivational skills, influence, and leadership. I help them refocus on what matters—building relationships, leading the team, mitigating risks, and comprehending the client’s vision.

First Meeting

When clients arrange an appointment with me for project managing consulting, the first thing I do is look at the challenges they encounter. To get to the root of the problem, I rely on in-depth discussions to discover ways to overcome the issues they encounter at work. Next, we examine their aspirations and goals.
Then I move my focus on coming up with effective strategies they can implement to yield results. To improve them as project managers further, I conduct certain exercises. Additionally, I emphasize on the leadership side of project management, which has helped several of my clients take their career to the next level.

The Challenges

One of the biggest and most common challenges I help my clients fix is their lack of time management skills. Their inability to complete their tasks leads them to lose control of the project. This, in return, leads to poor work quality, decreased team engagement, late submission, and unsatisfied clients. Another challenge project managers’ face is not feeling confident. When it comes to getting the project back on track and motivating their team, they do not have a clue on how to go about doing it.
